All equipment provided by the company Tramat are warranted according to the manufacturer's standards within 12 months from the date of signing of the minutes of commissioning equipment (excluding specific cases stipulated time will tell operating more). The equipment is the technical staff of experienced installation, commissioning, testing and full manual. Also during the warranty period, equipment maintenance, maintenance, technical inspection periodically (3 months / 1 time) (Unless specified under specific circumstances).
Company offers Tramat ensure consumable supplies to customers during 5-10 years:
- For accessories and supplies commonly available, we will provide our customers within 01 weeks
- For the parts and supplies in particular, at the request of customers, we will deliver in the shortest possible time, not more than 04 weeks.
